At Alcoa, our partnerships are lasting relationships designed to improve the community’s capacity to grow and develop so that they become stronger for the encounter.
Our community program has evolved into two interconnected programs; the Alcoa Foundation and Areas of Excellence, both with the major theme of ‘Partnering Stronger Communities’.
The Alcoa Foundation was established in 1952 and is a global resource that invests in improving the quality of life in countries where Alcoa operates. The Alcoa Foundation supports communities through direct grant making and Alcoa employee volunteer programs ACTION and Bravo! Or see the Social – Our People section.
