Community Consultation
The Pinjarra Refinery operates within a framework of consultation with the local community through Alcoa’s Community Consultative Networks (CCN).
The purpose of the CCN is to facilitate dialogue between Alcoa and the Shire of Murray communities on key social, economic and environmental issues.
This is accomplished through ongoing communication and consultation with local residents, key stakeholders and Alcoa management and specialists. Meetings occur bi-monthly and further information is available by contacting:
