We recognise that our people are our most vital resource, they are the key to how well we do business. We recognise and appreciate the dedication our employees have shown us, many of whom have worked with the company for more than 20 years.
Volunteers underpin stronger communities
Within Alcoa there are hundreds of community volunteers who are acutely aware of this – particularly in some of the more isolated areas where their efforts can form the basis for a community’s essential emergency services.
Alcoa supports and rewards employees who volunteer within the community through the Alcoa Foundation’s ACTION and Bravo! programs.
