The Powerhouse Equipment Maintenance Coordinator (Electrical) will be responsible for leading a disciplined E&I Maintenance Team to meet the business requirements of the Wagerup Powerhouse. You will be a key member of the Powerhouse Management Team.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of E&I maintenance at the Wagerup Powerhouse, including strategic and short term asset management, budget preparation and cost control, as well as leading a team of E&I Technicians to successfully complete predictive and preventative maintenance.
The assets in your portfolio will include dual fired high pressure steam boilers, steam turbines, combined cycle and open cycle gas turbines and associated power infrastructure, auxiliary equipment and control systems. Additionally you will need to be eligible to hold the responsibilities of the Statutory Electrical Supervisor for the Wagerup Alcoa and Alinta powerhouses, as per part 5 of MSIR-1995, and be required to gain authorisation to carry out High Voltage switching up to 330kV.
As a dynamic individual you will posses an Electrical Engineering Degree or suitable trade qualifications with substantial experience.
