COMMUNITY AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
VICTORIAN OPERATIONS, Australia

* Part-time - 3 days per week
 
* 12 month fixed term

As a key part of our Community Relations team, this role is responsible for developing and supporting Alcoa’s community and employee engagement programs at our Point Henry Smelter, Rolling Mill and Anglesea Power Station. 
 
As an experienced community relations professional, you will use your exceptional communication skills in a variety of situations, with both internal and external stakeholders; developing support for Alcoa’s social licence to operate, reputation and growth opportunities.
 
The successful candidate will be experienced in public relations and communications with the ability to drive stakeholder advocacy and engagement. 
Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, community development, business development or a related discipline. 
Your high level of personal commitment and drive, along with your proven ability to work efficiently within a team environment, and manage multiple projects is essential.
