FIELD MAINTENANCE PLANNER
KWINANA REFINERY, Australia

An opportunity has arisen for a Field Maintenance Planner to work within one of our Operating Centres at our Kwinana Refinery.

 
The Field Planner is a key professional role which applies planning and scheduling skills to support our Asset Management activities within the Refinery. The Field Planner will work within a team including Area Planners, Materials Support people and Engineers to support the Operating Centre to plan and execute integrated Asset Management activities.
 
The Field Planner has a support role within the Operating Centre for the planning function and will work closely with the Equipment Management and Operations Management Supervisors, Group Leaders and Maintenance Crews.
 
Key activities as part of the role includes:
 
• Overseeing the 5 week planning process.
• Planning for routine planned maintenance activities.
• Scheduling resources and coordinating activities across different
  departments.
• Involvement in supporting the maintenance budgeting and cost
  control process.
• Supporting continuous improvement through the work management
   planning process.
 
You will demonstrate commitment to health, safety and the environment and be team orientated. Your motivation along with strong communication and organisational skills, have been instrumental in your achievements.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the maintenance planning or execution function, and could either have a mechanical or electrical trade certificate or engineering diploma qualifications with relevant work experience. As the organisation is presently deploying improvements to our Work Management systems, comprehensive training in all planning processes and systems will be provided to the successful candidate as part of the role.
