Maintenance Group Leader/Equipment Turnaround Coordinator
PINJARRA, Australia
We currently have an opportunity at our Pinjarra refinery for an experienced and motivated individual to join Operations Centre 5 (Maintenance) as a Maintenance Group Leader/Equipment Turnaround Coordinator working a 10.3 day shift.
In this leadership role you will be responsible for coaching others to reach their full potential, developing and upholding very high standards of safe maintenance practices and guiding the operation centres to achieve their challenging goals in all areas of the business. You will be responsible for implementing and sustaining business system improvements and the auditing of standardised work practices. Working with a diverse group of individuals you will develop and implement strategies across our workgroups including process performance targets and managing to budget.
As the successful candidate you must possess a maintenance background and have a demonstrated history of people management. Experience in planning, budgeting and advanced maintenance principles will be advantageous along with intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
You will be a self-motivated individual, possess strong leadership and communication skills, have the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet daily targets and deadlines in a challenging but rewarding environment.
