In this key role, you will be part of a small central team responsible for:
Providing second-level support for Alcoa's Australia-wide Oracle based procurement systems, supply chain processes, and associated technologies
- Working closely with Procurement and internal Business customers to ensure they have the knowledge, effective systems, and processes to meet their business objectives
- Leading and participating in problem resolution activities to drive system and process improvements that deliver agreed business objectives and reduce total cost of ownership
As a tertiary qualified professional, you will have experience supporting an Oracle or other ERP applications environment including the Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules. You will have the ability to develop strong influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as exceptional communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
