We have an exciting opportunity for a Location Manager, based in Point Henry, Geelong.
Alcoa Australia Rolled Products operates aluminium mills in Point Henry, Geelong and Yenora in Western Sydney. We are a leading manufacturer of aluminium sheet for everyday products including drink cans, screw caps and take-away food containers and building materials. This position is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the Point Henry location by developing the strategic direction for the environmental sustainability, safe, efficient and profitable operation of the location to maximise business returns to Alcoa Australia Rolled Products (AARP) and add value to the community. Your ability to provide effective and directional leadership, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to establishing strategic direction of AARP’s operations is essential to succeed in this role. This is a critical role in the business and we are seeking an energetic leader to join the leadership and global team at Alcoa Australia Rolled Products, a leading Australian manufacturer. You will be tertiary qualified and ideally have a manufacturing background, with substantial experience in leading and managing people.
