Michael A. Pepper began his career with Howmet in 1987 and is currently Vice President of Strategy and General Manager, Alcoa Howmet Aerospace-Airfoils. Prior to this appointment he served as Vice President and General Manager - Howmet Products and Services, and General Manager of the company's Whitehall, Mich., Laval, Ontario, and Exeter, UK, casting operations. Mr. Pepper previously held a series of engineering, manufacturing, and management positions at the Wichita Falls Casting operation.
Mr. Pepper is a graduate of Midwestern State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He has successfully completed the University of Tennessee's Executive Development Program and has been recognized with Midwestern State University's Distinguished Alumni Award.
