James A. Bollenbacher currently serves as Alcoa Power and Propulsion’s Director – Environmental, Health & Safety. Mr. Bollenbacher joined Alcoa in 1992 as legal counsel with primary responsibilities for environmental compliance and due diligence.  He then served as Environmental Manager in the Engineered Products & Solutions business group.

Mr. Bollenbacher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
