"Ultimate Factories: Lamborghini" Highlights Alcoa Wheels

The National Geographic Channel film crew visited Alcoa’s forging facility in Cleveland earlier this summer to document the production flow path of the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce (SV) wheel as part of an upcoming episode of "Ultimate Factories: Lamborghini".
Alcoa worked closely with Lamborghini to provide the optimal wheel to reduce vehicle weight and increase performance of this supercar. "Ultimate Factories: Lamborghini" highlights the entire production process of the SV and includes a five-minute feature on the Alcoa wheels fitted to the SV during the one-hour program.
Tune in to "Ultimate Factories: Lamborghini" on the National Geographic Channel set to debut Thursday, October 1, 2009, at 8pm local time (check local listings).
