Characteristics of General Production Products:
Products can be supplied in response to customer needs from the worldwide plants noted above.
- General Plate: 1XXX type to 7XXX type alloys can be delivered. (coils also available)
- Striped Plate: 3XXX high gloss striped plate can also be supplied.
- Foil and Fin Materials: 1050, 1100, 1200, 8011, and 8012 fin materials (bare material)
- Color Coils: A variety of acrylic, polyester, silicone polyester, vinyl, and urethane and fluorine coated materials are available.
- Die Materials: 1. "Core plates" having high strength, proof stress, and thermal conductivity are available as veneer molding or transportation plates. The alloy and thermal refining used is 2024-T81/6061/T6.
- Die Materials: 2. 7XXX "QC-7" is available as a plastic molding die material. This can be cited as a material which has characteristics of high strength, thermal conductivity, and mechanical workability, and can increase productivity because of its high heat dissipation speed.
- Mechanical Parts and Machinery Materials: 6013 materials have been commercialized as an improved 6061-T651 plate with 20 to 25% higher strength and hardness than 6061. At the same time, this material is capable of high speed cutting.
- Aluminum Electrolytic Foils and Photosensitive Drum Materials: High purity ore (4N and higher) products are supplied.
- (For Paints and Inks): Fine aluminum powders by the atomizer method (powder coagulation method) can be supplied.
