Our People
Alcoa employs more than 15,000 people in Mexico in ten cities, from Cuidad Juarez in the north to Puebla in the south. More than three-quarters of these associates work in plants in Coahuila, a landlocked state bordered to the north by Texas. Alcoa plants in Mexico are the safest in the entire Alcoa organization by objective measures.
