Communication
Round-table meetings, bulletin boards, five-minute daily meetings, a suggestion program, public-address system and other means of communication are in place to ensure that all employees are made aware of developments that will affect them directly.
A Communication Line, essentially a telephone hotline, in each plant allows any employee to confidentially report work-related incidents or concerns that have not been addressed, despite having been reported through the regular reporting process, for further investigation.
