Overview
Alcoa has been building custom aluminium beverage delivery truck bodies in Europe since 1994. These trucks now operate in 39 countries on four different continents.
Alcoa assembles the truck bodies on all major chassis brands and also offers drop frame chassis modification to allow a loading height of less than 50 cm. The range offered is from the City Lite, with 3.5t gross vehicle weight (GVW), to bodies on heavy three-axle chassis over 25t GVW.
Alcoa's 100% aluminium bodies have proven durability for a lifetime of 15+ years, virtually maintenance free. Due to the materials used they have high rigidity, low weight and high corrosion resistance. |
