Linda Kelly has been in Customer Service at Alcoa for 26 years. Irish Northcutt has been an employee at Alcoa for seventeen years. Prior to joining the Customer Service Department, Irish had many years of experience in the Samples and Literature Department. She now supports the Customer Service Department internally and manages all Custom Color requests as our Color Match Specialist. "I enjoy working directly with our paint vendors and serving our customers."
Emily Jones has been an employee at Alcoa for 15 years. Emily has had experience in manufacturing and scheduling before coming to customer service. "I enjoy getting to know our customers. Once you work with our customers, you learn how they react to different situations and you become comfortable talking with them. I really like having the chance to form a bond with our customers."
Rita Smith has a total of 14 years of experience in customer service. She has recently joined Alcoa and we are very pleased to have her as part of the team. "I believe that my best strength has always been my integrity."
